1. Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We want to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want out of your wedding video. Our videos are catered to what the bride and groom request during our sit down. By scheduling a consultation, you will be able to lay out everything you are thinking and desiring for your special day. Your wedding, your way
2. What wedding packages do you have available?
We have 3 options of wedding packages located on our pricing page! Our prices are negotiable based on your budget because we want to be able to provide wedding day services to you.
3. Where are you located?
J&M Productions is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
4. How do we book?
Great Question! Please fill out the contact form and we will add you to our booking list. After filling out the contact form we will send over the contract for you to sign. A retainer of 50% of the package you choose is due in order to reserve our services on your wedding day. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the wedding.
5. Can I add additional items to the wedding package?
Yes! We have a few additional items for purchase on our Pricing page. We will try to accommodate your requests.
6. Am I allowed to request changes to the final video?
Of course! We want to ensure that the video you receive is as close to what you want as possible. Most changes are easy and not time consuming to change. However if the request is more involved i.e. digitally removing anything would come at an additional cost as that request is more time consuming.
7. Can I post the video on social media?
Of course! We encourage you to share your video with your friends and family. While we can cover the copyright from music purchased through sites like MusicBed or audio jungle, we cannot guarantee copyright protection if you chose to use an artist like The Weeknd.
8. Do I get the raw files?
Yes! We will store the files digitally for up to 6 months for you to download. After 6 months it will be a $300 fee for all of the raw files.
9. Do you backup data?
Yes! We store all data for your big day digitally for up to 6 months after your wedding. We encourage you to backup all of our final products on either an external hard drive or an online service such as Google Drive or iCloud.
